“Thousand Years Is As a Day” (2 Peter 3:8)

This verse is a perfect description of time in God’s world, and for me it is an excellent analysis of my almost ten years writing this blog.

However, as an 88 year-old octogenarian I find myself with negligible energy, mobility, and approaching near-blindness with increasing macular degeneration.  For the first time, what has been a source of great joy, encouragement and spiritual growth for me has become a chore I find myself struggling to do!

Friends have told me to learn how to write and transmit information verbally using AI and other communication methods. But I have never been a “techie” and I have barely learned enough about computers to get by. Besides, this “old dog” is way too forgetful and uninformed to learn these “new tricks!”

So, this is my “Sayonara.” I have copies of my last 460  blog postings. Some of you have faithfully opened all of them as you have received them. If any of you would like to have copies of them for future reference, as several have mentioned, let me know via email (rbandrews38@gmail.com), and I will send their folder to you containing all of them in sequence.

I will continue to “swing from the heels!” I found myself described in the Bible in the last two verses in Acts: “Then Paul dwelt two whole years in his own rented house, and received all who came to him, preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no one forbidding him” (Acts 28:30, 31).

This will be true until Jesus says to me “It’s time, Robert! Today you will be with me in Paradise!”

Much love and continued blessing on you and yours,

Robert Andrews
